Bernie Hershberger

Bernie has been practicing meditation and studying Buddhist philosophy for the past 25 years.  He is very interested in Buddhist psychology and the integration of mind/body/spirit disciplines as a pathway to easing suffering and experiencing more genuine forms of happiness and well-being.  Bernie is particularly drawn to compassion based meditation practices and meditative interventions aimed at lessening the attachment to a fixed, permanent self.  Through many forms of meditation we are able to find our way back home to the deep and penetrating wisdom already present in each being.
