Due to the current and anticipated weather conditions, the 208th Commencement Ceremony of Bowdoin College will be held indoors at the Sidney J. Watson Arena.

The ceremony will begin at approximately 10 a.m. There will be no outdoor procession. Graduating seniors and faculty, along with those alumni wishing to march, will process into Watson Arena from tents located outside at the south end of Watson Arena (the end that houses the Zamboni).

Members of the senior class should report to their line-up tent at 8:20 a.m.

Faculty — along with staff and alumni wishing to march in the procession — should report to the tents at 9 a.m. (faculty/staff in their regalia).

The post-Commencement luncheon will still occur under the tents at Farley Field House, with seating available indoors.

Since the ground around the luncheon tent is saturated, guests are encouraged to wear appropriate footwear.
