Scholar Yingshi Yang to Speak on Chinese Calligraphy as Contemporary Art

Renowned art critic, curator, scholar, and calligrapher Yingshi Yang will deliver a lecture entitled "Chinese Calligraphy as Contemporary Art" on Thursday, November 15, at 7:00 p.m. in the Zuckert Seminar Room in the Museum of Art.

In conjunction with the grand reopening of the Bowdoin College Museum of Art the new Media Gallery will be open to show video artist Eve Sussman and the Rufus Corporation’s 2004 film 89 Seconds at Alcázar.
