Two Exhibitions Close June 1, But Continue Virtually
Friday, May 30, 2014 NEWS - Other

This is the final weekend for two major exhibitions at the Bowdoin College Museum of Art.  The Object Show: Discoveries in Bowdoin Collections and Under the Surface: Surrealist Photography both close at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 1.

However, the blogs for each of the exhibitions continue on the Museum’s website.  You are invited to enjoy and interact with them.  Each blogs includes reflections by Bowdoin College students on the exhibitions, art, and related events.

The blogs also feature video segments produced by Bowdoin College student Kiyomi Mino, Class of 2016. A film studies minor, Kiyomi will be the Online Video Content Intern this summer at the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art. The Under the Surface blog includes a short interview with Andrea Rosen, curator of the exhibition, and another video documents the open house for The Object Show: Discoveries in Bowdoin Collections.

Please continue to enjoy these two exhibitions virtually.
