Bowdoin Sophomore Peter Griesmer spent his Saturday afternoon in the Bowdoin College Museum of Art, copying Anne Harris' Twin Study with Cord. On a Thursday morning in early November Professor Jim Mullen held class in the Museum's Zuckert Seminar Room, utilizing the extensive collection to demonstrate a breadth of portraiture styles.
The Bowdoin College Museum of Art will temporarily close the Bowdoin Gallery on November 16, 2009 to reinstall its European collection.
The Museum of Art will be closed to the public on Wednesday and Thursday, November 25 and 26, 2009 for the Thanksgiving holiday.
