An attribution to Frederic de Moucheron has also been suggested. The composition and technique bear resemblance to those of a sheet attributed to Crescenzio Onofri at Windsor Castle (Inv. no. 6136, repr. Blunt and Cooke 1960, p. 71, fig. 52).
