Bowdoin College student Aimee Douglas '05 has curated an exhibit entitled Freezing the Moment: Photographing the Arctic which opens in the foyer of Hubbard Hall, for The Peary-MacMillan Arctic Museum, Bowdoin College on October 7, 2003. Drawing on the extensive photographic holdings of the Arctic Museum, Douglas explores the history of photography in the Arctic.
The exhibit has been made possible by the support of the Friends of Bowdoin College.
The exhibit will be on view in the foyer of the Arctic Museum, in Hubbard Hall, on the Bowdoin College campus from October 7, 2003 to February 10, 2004.
