Ancient Ice, Cool Science: Climate Change in the North
Ice cores from the Greenland Ice Cap, growth rings in ancient trees from Labrador, and contemporary temperature records all point to the fact that global climate is changing, as it has changed frequently in the past. The Arctic is a key region for understanding global climate change. In this exhibit you will be able to explore how scientists study past climate change, how Arctic climate has changed in the past, and how people have adapted to changing conditions.
