The Chemistry Department at Bowdoin College seeks applicants for a one-year visiting assistant professor position in environmental chemistry beginning fall 2013. Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to teach the environmental chemistry component of an interdisciplinary environmental science course, an intermediate or upper level environmental chemistry class, and contribute to the chemistry curriculum consistent with a 2-2 teaching load. Ph.D. preferred, advance ABDs considered.
