Farley Field House
Located two blocks back from the Admissions Office, Farley Field House is Bowdoin's main athletic facility and houses our sixteen lane Olympic size indoor pool, as well as our indoor track and tennis courts and aerobic room. With the exception of the football field, all of the athletic fields are located by the field house including our recently resurfaced outdoor tennis courts and the newly constructed Astroturf field.

Watson Arena

Construction of the new Sidney J. Watson Arena is complete. Crews got started on the 68,200 square foot ice arena in September 2007, and finished in 2009. The ice arena is adjacent to Farley Field House and has a seating capacity of 1,900.  It  features a 90-ft. by 200-ft. ice surface and greatly improved locker rooms with more space for changing, equipment storage and athletic training facilities. The combination of a concourse area and seating in the interior provides great views and proximity to the action.

Morrell Gym
At Bowdoin, there are many options for all levels of athletes, from the dedicated individual playing two or even three varsity sports, to those who wish only to keep in shape or to learn more about a sport that may be new to them. Bowdoin offers 31 varsity sports, six club sports, three levels of intramural competition in ten sports and over two dozen fitness and lifetime sport classes. There are also the extensive offerings of the Outing Club.
