What is Argentine Tango?

In 1993, I took an Argentine Tango workshop with Daniel Trenner and fell madly, fondly, ecstatically, passionately in love with the Argentine Tango.

Argentine tango is an improvisational lead-and-follow dance. It's a dance between the music, a follower, and a leader. It's about making a connection of souls, "el tango del corazón."  Come to a class, practice, or dance, and find out more.

Where to Get Tango Music, Videos, Books, Tours...

Daniel Trenner's Bridge to the Tango features insightful tango articles, a large catalog of tango products, and information about the annual Puente al Tango tours to Buenos Aires and other cities.
